Imogen Stevens
Positive Psychologist | Executive Coach | Strategic Partner | Leadership & Culture Strategist
MSc MAPPCP | EMCC Senior Practitioner | FRSA | BA (Hons)

I’m Imogen, an accredited coach dedicated to helping people unlock their potential, tackle challenges head-on, and take meaningful action in their careers and lives. My approach is warm, supportive, and direct — I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, but I won’t let you dodge the tough questions.
Clients describe our sessions as transformational, empowering, and thought-provoking. Whether it's reframing roadblocks, building confidence, or navigating career decisions, I create a space for real conversations that lead to real change. My goal isn’t just to offer insights — it’s to equip you with practical strategies that ripple far beyond our sessions.

I've worked with professionals across industries, from tech to finance to creative fields, guiding them to break through self-doubt, gain clarity, and step into their full potential. If you're looking for a coach who listens deeply, challenges you constructively, and helps you take action with confidence, let’s talk.
Coaching Methodology
My coaching approach is person-centred, pluralistic, and grounded in Positive Psychology. I tailor each session to the individual, drawing from a diverse toolkit that integrates client-centred, humanistic, and solution-focused coaching. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I work collaboratively with clients to identify the most effective strategies for their unique needs and aspirations.

At the heart of my methodology is the belief that self-awareness and positive emotions drive growth. By fostering these, I help clients build inner resources, shift their mindset, and take meaningful action. Coaching is not just about solving problems — it’s about unlocking potential, cultivating resilience, and creating lasting change.

I see coaching as a co-created journey, where my role is to be fully present, hold space, and empower clients to lead their own development. Every client brings new insights, and I approach each session with curiosity, humility, and a commitment to learning alongside them.
