TEN COLLECTIVE
Imogen Stevens
People have fascinated me for as long as I can remember: their words, their actions, their body language, their perceptions of themselves and their ideas about the world.
My goal in life is to make a positive change in the world, helping people to become the best version of themselves. I have a curiosity for learning and passion for people. I believe that we rise by lifting others.

Becoming a coach has enabled me to help others to lead a more authentic life, and being a consultant has allowed me to help be a pioneer in a brighter future.

As a Master of Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I am skilled in Communication, Leadership and Management focusing on individual development.

As an enthusiastic Positive Psychologist, I empower individuals to believe in themselves through person-centred, Positive Psychology Coaching. Accredited at Senior Practitioner Level with the EMCC.
Why Work With Me?
I am a person-centred coach who specialises in a pluralistic approach, tailoring my coaching to each individual to help them flourish. I use my ‘tool kit’ and apply what I believe is most valuable for each client for what they bring to the session. I primarily use the combination of client-centred, humanistic and solution-focused coaching.
For me, coaching is about helping the client to develop positive emotions to develop self-awareness and build resources to create a positive mindset where achieving goals is not only possible but achievable. Self-awareness is paramount for being an effective and authentic coach, showing the human side of my approach, which is important for our co-created partnership.
The question I consider most when I’m coaching is, ‘how can I best serve my client?’ I believe the answer, for the most part, is being present, holding space and metaphorically holding their hand through the journey. My first supervisor told me “every client is a teacher” which in turn reminds me that coaching is a co-created path of self-discovery.
